Choose the question before choosing the application.

These examples describe tasks an Expert can support when the relevant content and configuration are available. They are starting points for evaluation, rather than promises of ready-made workflows for every industry.

Help customers reach a useful next step.

Website guidance

Your published offer and service information

Which of your services fits this situation?

Help a visitor connect their needs with the offer you describe, then find the relevant page or next action.

Product understanding

Specifications, applications and product documentation

What should I consider before using this product for this task?

Put product-specific details into a broader technical context so the user can ask a better-informed question.

Support preparation

Manuals, FAQs and documented troubleshooting

What checks should I make before asking for support?

Explain documented steps and identify what information would help a person investigate further.

Make documented expertise easier to apply.

Onboarding context

Terminology, procedures and organizational reference material

How do these documents fit together, and where should I begin?

Help a newcomer understand the documented organization without relying on one person to explain every term.

Knowledge continuity

Project notes, methods and recorded decisions

Why was this approach chosen, and what assumptions mattered?

Make recorded experience more accessible when roles change or projects are handed over.

Research assistance

Reports, hypotheses and relevant external context

What evidence supports this explanation, and what remains uncertain?

Explore connections and questions across the supplied evidence while keeping important conclusions subject to review.

Bring more context to a difficult judgment.

Transaction investigation

Deal material and due-diligence methods

What inconsistencies or missing information deserve investigation?

Surface questions for the transaction team. The Expert supports investigation and does not replace professional advisers.

Engineering review

Specifications, design notes and appropriate standards

Which assumptions should we verify before proceeding?

Help reviewers examine dependencies and potential inconsistencies against the material available to the Expert.

Strategy challenge

Plans, forecasts and relevant market context

What outside evidence could weaken this assumption?

Use broader knowledge to explore counterarguments and uncertainties before committing to a plan.

Match the content to an allowed processing mode.

Onboarding records, agreements and transaction files may contain personal data. Those workloads require Enterprise internal Germany processing, with no external AI processors and the applicable data processing agreement. External configurations may process only non-personal content.

Use cases involving confidential non-personal information still require you to assess provider terms and the processing environment against your requirements.

Assess developments when updated information is available.

Regulatory, competitive or supplier developments can be examined against your organizational context when relevant new information is supplied. Scheduled document checks can refresh connected source content; they do not create an included continuous news-monitoring or alert service.

Make important assumptions explicit.

Project plans, investment theses and commercial forecasts become easier to question when the assumptions and supporting evidence are documented. An Expert can help explore alternative explanations; the decision and its verification remain with the people responsible.

Pick an example you can verify.

Start where you know the source material and can judge the answers. The strongest first application is one with a recognizable question and a useful next step.
