For standard plans, one document is one supported file processed for your Knowledge Base. Community uploads must be under 50 MB; Professional and Business files may be up to 50 MB. Every standard document may contain up to 500,000 extracted characters, including spaces. Custom capacity and admission limits are specified in the proposal.

The allowance counts distinct processed documents cumulatively for that Knowledge Base. Updating the same document does not count again. Deleting a source file or connection does not reduce the count. This is not a monthly upload allowance. Your primary website is separate.

KnowScapes processes files into a Knowledge Graph and does not retain them as stored source documents. New documents or updates replace or extend that graph. Removing a source file or connection leaves its learned knowledge in place.

Individual document contributions cannot be removed from the graph. The Account Owner can permanently delete the entire Knowledge Base. Source-file deletion does not erase learned knowledge or release document capacity. Backup expiry is described in the service privacy details.

Standard external AI configurations are restricted to non-personal workload content. For personal-data requirements, contact us about Custom. We must agree a suitable processing configuration and the applicable data processing agreement before those workloads are admitted. Internal Germany processing without external AI processors remains a reference option; no Custom enquiry itself authorizes external personal-data processing.

Community is our free plan: one primary website with up to 100 web pages, enriched with world knowledge, plus one supported document upload under 50 MB and up to 500,000 extracted characters including spaces. Shared Community AI is funded by KnowScapes within Community usage limits. You do not need to connect your own AI provider. You can update the same document manually; dynamic document connections and scheduled document updates start with Business.

Professional expands capacity to 100 additional documents. Business provides 250 documents and connected-source checks weekly. Custom is an individually scoped solution for regional, privacy or on-premise requirements, with capacity, updates and pricing agreed in a proposal.

Community includes bounded shared AI usage. Professional and Business use your supported AI provider, whose charges are separate. Custom inference capacity, providers, infrastructure and any separate charges are specified in your proposal. No unlimited processing is implied.

Professional and Business annual subscriptions save 20% against twelve monthly payments and are paid annually in advance: Professional EUR 278.40 and Business EUR 950.40, plus applicable VAT. Standard paid subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period unless cancelled before its end. Custom pricing, billing period, discounts and renewal terms are agreed individually.

Business checks connected sources weekly. New or changed documents are reprocessed; unchanged documents are skipped. Custom check schedules are defined in your proposal. Updating the same document does not consume another standard document slot.

A Custom configuration can combine connected document intake with internal Germany processing. The agreed boundary must cover ingestion and inference. It does not relocate original files held by Google Drive or change that source provider’s terms.

Tell us your required processing region, provider constraints, privacy boundaries and on-premise requirements. Custom options and the complete processing boundary are defined in an individual proposal.

That depends on the agreed Custom configuration. An internal-only setup must keep ingestion, inference and auxiliary model calls within its boundary and exclude external fallback routing. External-provider configurations follow the agreed provider terms and permitted content rules.
