The product in one sentence.

KnowScapes processes your website and supported documents into knowledge that an AI Expert can use to answer questions, alongside relevant world knowledge.

Three things make an Expert useful.

A knowledge source

The original information: your primary website, an uploaded file or, on eligible plans, a file retrieved from connected document storage.

A KnowScape

A reusable knowledge asset derived from one or more sources. The current service retains learned knowledge in a Knowledge Graph.

An Expert

The question-answering experience configured to use that knowledge and a supported reasoning model. It is how people put the knowledge to work.

The chat window is the interface. Your knowledge supplies the context.

An AI model supplies reasoning capabilities and broad knowledge. Your content contributes product details, terminology, methods and other information specific to your work. The Expert brings those together for the question being asked.

A useful answer may explain a specification from your own documentation and relate it to an application the visitor is considering. Neither the specification nor general background alone provides the full context.

Explore what your knowledge and broader context each contribute

What happens to an uploaded file?

The file is processed rather than retained as a stored source document. Its learned knowledge becomes part of the Knowledge Graph. A new document extends the knowledge; an update can replace or extend it without consuming another document slot.

Document capacity is counted cumulatively for the Knowledge Base. Deleting a source does not release a slot or remove its learned knowledge. Individual contributions cannot be selectively erased; the Account Owner can delete the entire Knowledge Base.

A focused service today. A broader architectural direction.

The published plans support website knowledge, bounded additional documents, Expert configuration and supported AI processing. Business and Enterprise add scheduled document-source checks, and Enterprise adds processing-region choice.

The platform architecture describes richer combinations of independent knowledge domains and additional channels over time. Those architectural concepts do not make every integration or workflow part of the current subscription.

Try a question your own content should answer.

Use your website as the starting point, then compare the Expert’s answer with the information you know. The next useful document is the one that fills a real gap.
